Actually, it looks extremely familiar to the last cat that adopted us back in July. It was clearly a stray. It took almost two weeks to get it to trust us. Just short of a year old according to our vet. He's gained about three pounds since then and is doing great.

He is the same color as the one in the gif. Wife named him Ginger for the color. Cool with me for Ginger Baker of Cream.

This is him when he settled in this Summer.

We have one that looks identical to yours AG. We named him Pumpkin. My wife picked him up after work or rather he picked her up. She was at the car and out of no where was this screaming kitten at her feet. She brought him home. He got huge. Not fat but muscle. I think he topped out at 23 pounds. He’s about 16-18 years old now and mostly skin and bones. We’re worried he won’t be with us much longer. But he doesn’t seem to be in pain other than being old and sore. He still gets around pretty good. He’s the most social cat we’ve ever had. Most people in our old neighborhood back in Louisiana knew Pumpkin. He made the rounds.

What goes around comes around!

The best cats find their owners. Not the other way around. I share pictures of him now privately later. Our other cat that adopted us five years ago, Pepper, is still jealous. LOL!

I don’t know why people don’t think stingers are more serious. I doubt Hendrickson plays again this postseason.

Hey, he's smart enough to hide in the closet and close the door behind him. That cat deserves to live!

My cat can open doors. We're still working on closing them. My cat likes an open door policy. Leave the door open so she can come and go as she wishes in warm or cold weather. My electric bill is killing me.

We put in cat doors in the front and back that can read the microchips in both cats. They can come and go through them, but nothing else can come in. Of course, we didn't consider that they could bring something in with them. Pepper, our six year old, has brought in probably 200 rats and mice (a few alive), baby rabbits, birds (most alive), moles (all dead), a snake, and hundreds of newts (eats them leaving heads to step on in bare feet) over the past five years.
