I'm pretty worried about this upcoming Tampa game admittedly. Payton seems to do some stupid stuff in the playoffs and has some wtf playcalling moments.

Not to mention that every recent playoff exit, the offense had started slow, exactly like we did last week to a bad Bears team.

And yet only Belichick and Harbaugh have higher playoff win percentages amongst active head coaches with over 5 post season games under their belt.

Sean Payton's WTF play calling is why we won a Superbowl in 2009.

Completely get that, but the way we've exited the playoffs year after year has been horrendous. Putting Taysom in there to pass is an absolute no go in my opinion, Drew needs a rhythm.

I hope the Saints beat Tampa this weekend.

Bringing two statements together - play-calling + Taysom throwing - Payton's deep shot call against Chicago was nearly flawless and a likely TD had Taysom thrown it a 1/2 second earlier.

There's no reason we shouldn't use Taysom in the right situations.

In that instance, I must say I didn't mind the playcall, my issue is Payton putting a guy in there that won't pull the trigger. This isn't the first time Taysom took too long to diagnose a play and I think the more he's in the game like that, the more it'll hold us back.

Anticipation. Throwing receivers open.

At age 31, I don't think Taysom will ever get to that point. Not mad at Taysom, we won but this is a glaring weakness.

More importantly, gotta stop fumbling the football.
