2 minute timeout on polls

FF claims there's a 2 minute limit on creating a poll. Will have to change that. Watch this thread for updates.

Can we eliminate the timeout to go back and change posts.

That's a separate ticket and must go through the signature support committee.

Create a separate ticket!

I changed the time limit to post a poll to 60 minutes.

You have a whole day to edit posts. It was probably less than that before.

Calling this one solved... on to the next thousand bugs...
