Go to - Google

Leave search field blank. Click on "I'm Feeling Lucky"

A countdown timer appears.......

Hmmmmmm ..... any thoughts?

so far all i found out is this

Mystery Countdown Ticker
As of December 2009, pressing the I'm Feeling Lucky button without putting anything in the search box will yield a countdown ticker. There's no official announcement or explanation for the countdown, but it seems to be a simple New Year's ticker.

but it appears that it is counting by hr mn sc(hour minute second) which means there is 99 hours which is just over 4 days
