Avatar sizes

We've reduced standard avatar sizes from 150px x 200px to 100px x 110px max.
MAX file size is now 10kb.

The HUGE avatars are eating up bandwidth which we are charged for monthly.

You can't see boobs with avatars that small.

None of my avatars are making any sense now though... They have words on them, and the letters are so small you can't read them. I also notice that the mods avatars are still the same size.

I can read your avatar.

The mods haven't changed their avatars so they remain the same for the moment.

If they don't change them today, a script will run to do it for them.
