Unapproved visitor messages

Under my notifications it says I have a "Unapproved visitor message". What is that and how can I look at it?

I have unapproved group messages. As usual... I blame Strato.

I put that paper thingy on the seat before I sit down so I'm all good.

My wife butt was a little sweaty one time and used the paper thingy one time and it took 20 minutes to get the thing unstuck from her butt.

Crusader, it was probably a message caught as spam by our filters.
I don't see any unapproved messages on your account right now.

Really wouldn't be too concerned with it. We had another incident with a rogue PM many people saw that ended up being a database error.
