I have no tools

Good day.
To whomever has the ability to fix this problem: I don't have the tool bar that allows me to italicize or to use quotes or to type something in bold, etc.

If it makes any difference, I own a Mac and use Safari.

Thanks for any efforts to remedy this issue.

I changed the setting where no click is required to post a quick reply. See if that works papz. If not email me and I can mess with it some more.
