He played for the coach in Green Bay.

And really, he sat behind Rogers.
Didn't he learn anything?

Common misconception, if watching a great QB play on Sunday made someone a great QB, we would all be great QBs. Other than that the back up runs the opponents offense against the starting defense.

Aaron Rodgers sat behind Favre for two years, doesn't look like he picked up any of Favres bad habits so i would say he didn't pick up much from Favre.
