Horrible trade... at least get a 1st rounder. They better land a big time player via free agency if not their management is as worse as the Saints. I\'m so FREAKING PISSED that we didnt get Murphy, Dunleavy, OR a freaking 1st rounder. SO FREAKING HORRIBLE!

Agreed. Terrible trade. But they are last place in the league so they will have cap room. they also traded Mashburn.

Wow...all I can say. We just traded one of the elite (when he\'s healthy) point guards in the game.
Add him to the high first rounder we\'ll have this coming offseason, and we would have fielded a pretty damn good team. This team has suffered from injuries this year, but that doesn\'t mean you need to disassemble it.

Agreed BNB. What the hell is going on? It is rumored that the Kings traded Webber to get his contract moved in the hopes of having money to move the team to Vegas, cause they were turned down for a new arena. Could the Hornets be thinking of another move?

I thought that was the whole point of the Mashburn/Rodgers trade, though.

We might have cleared cap room but why would a big time player want to play in New Orleans? Small market team with not enough exposure it takes to land a PT player. With the attendance dropping lower and lower, I can definately see the Hornets moving within the next couple of years.

Funny thing is Baron Davis\' big head is painted on the New Orleans Arena. Haha they are going to have a hell of a time taking his big face off of it.
