Re: Merry Christmas Tampa Bay

We had the game won it appeared, at least that's the way I was looking at it once we forced the safety.
I have to blame this one on Sean, no other way to look at it...
DUMB play caliing in our last drive.

Re: Merry Christmas Tampa Bay

No argument with the dump play calling. But I'm not ready to fire him just yet. I am ready to fire the defensive coordinator though. I don't think Gibbs will be with us next year.

Re: Merry Christmas Tampa Bay

Hell, maybe Gibbs should be the next head coach for the Saints. Yes, the D was horrible in the beginning, but at least they adjusted. WTF was Sean thinking on that play? Just run the ball up the gut and be done with it. A punt would have put the Bucs in bad field position. OH SH..

Who was the coordinator when we had the Dome Patrol? That's the guy I want back.

If they didn't fumble it, you all would be saying it was a great play call to ice the game. The players did not execute it. Reggie's fault from my vantage point.

Re: Merry Christmas Tampa Bay

That may be a little harsh. Reggie goofed - but he's still an amazing talent. And he can be amazing, if used properly. Hell, at least he didn't miss an extra point to lose the game, which we've seen before. We've seen worse.
