It appears the Saints will have the 10th pick in the 2008 draft. What are they going to do given the below? I say Rivers makes it to the 10 pick and he will become the newest 1st round draft choice of the Saints. I hope he does not ride the pine in 2008 like our 2007 1st round pick.

The only problem is Rivers is not from a Division II or III school!

Euphoria, IMHO the Saints trading down is not going to happen. They will stick with the pick and choose the BPA...a common mantra! Rivers or Jenkins could be the pick.

The Saints will trade down if Kenny Phillips is still on the board when they do it and the other team assures them he's not who they want.

The Saints will pick Kenny Phillips out of Miami, He can play CB or Safety and has good size and speed.
