haha i am there with u....i get so anxious over the offseason but its always overshadowed by the doubt that i usually have that the saints will be a winning team....i hate to say it but i usually set myself up for disappointment...that way when we finish 3rd in the NFC south and dont make the playoffs i dont get too upset....its when i have such high hopes that i get so disappointed at the end of the season....this year we need to do well or im worried that i will go crazy cuz of disappointment

Same here guys. I love to read the newspaper but this time of the year the sportspage is just a drag. I still read it but I am constantly looking for any NFL-Saints news. I try to make up with it with LSU-Tulane-UNO Baseball. Pro Baseball is like trying to watch a golf game (BORING) and Basketball is a poor substitute for football. I am hoping I can get some work out of country where I can seperate myself and all of a sudden come back and the season is on. I want to hitch a ride on that time warp machine with you. Please Help

I'm slightly sated in sports right now with my Lakers and Hornets potentially going head-to-head in the Western Conference Championship, and my Cubs are starting to play well again after a small slump (normally they are already mathematically eliminated from playoff contention by this time). However, I am so freakin' ready for this football season to start. I expect this to be a huge season, as well.
