Thank you, Heath Evans.

Re: Peter King MMQB..Saints Tidbits

Surprisingly King actually gets a critical point that lots of other analysts have missed:

The Saints got better because their secondary got healthy.

There's the story of the black baseball bats being handed out at the Friday night team meeting with "Bring The Wood'' burned into them, and the re-signing of local hero Deuce McAllister. Nice stories. But the Saints clobbered Arizona in the first game of the weekend because Jabari Greer, their most athletic cornerback, is finally healthy after late-season hernia surgery, and bookend cornerback Tracy Porter feels fit after spraining his knee, and nickel back Randall Gay is healthy enough for the Saints to have a potent threesome at corner against a top quarterback like Kurt Warner, giving New Orleans a fighting chance to play shutdown coverage.
This is going to be the distinct advantage the Saints will have this upcoming Sunday. Payton will slow the Viking pass rush with a varied collection of screens, reverses, draws, and chips. Unlike Romo, Brees isn't going to curl up into a fetal ball with nowhere to go with the ball. Finally the Saints interior line will give Brees somewhere to step up into.

Put it all together, and you will not see the same look the Viqueens showed last week.

On the other hand, a healthy secondary for the Saints is going to be Farve's worst nightmare. I see coverage sacks and turnovers in the Old Man's future...

SFIAH

The Saints have been to playoffs 4 of the last 5 years and a own a SB championship.

I can hardly believe this happened in my lifetime.
