On the subject of Aaron, I really haven\'t said much about him but, it seems to me like I read something about him before he was drafted. I also have heard it mentioned on this board. Now, boy, do I know this is gonna stir the stuff but, it seems to me that I heard and have observed, the fact that he is slow mentally. He reminds me of the driver of a car. When he\'s not on the field he drives great but you give him some sauce and he\'s all over the place. His reaction time just seems to me to be a bit slow. Anyway that\'s NOT meant to bash him, it\'s just my observance.

Teams are always more successful with a smart QB possessing a below average arm than they are with a ignorant QB possessing an above average arm.

Can you imagine how successful this offense would be if it had McAlister and a QB that knew how to throw a screen pass...or read a defensive setup...or not call a timeout in the first offensive series of the game...or not throw the ball away on a two-point conversion...or not run into the fullback on a first and goal? - blake6900

Very well stated. The name Chad Pennington comes to mind immediately.
The 2-point throw-away infuriated me! WHY? AB made a lot of mistakes as did the whole team.

Why does this team play stupid? Dumb coaches or dumb players?
