HOU DATS (Houston Area Fans) Whats Up?????

Hey Yats, I'll be starting the new Official Houston Saints Fans Thread soon.

Hanging out, BS'ing, eating & getting heartburn, drinking mass quantities, yelling at the tv, and bad dancing are all serious business, and must be done with proper reverence, and good preparation.

I've let you rest long enough. As you know Saints fandom is a year-round thing. Lockout, schmockout, let us celebrate. and soon.

Looking forward to hearing from new folks. If you're new to B&G, our group has people from NOLA, BR, Acadiana, NWLA, MS, TX, anywhere you find Saints Fans. Last year we gained some quality people who just showed up on this board, and said, "What the Hell? Yeah, I'll go eat mudbugs with these people."

So If you're living anywhere near H-town, and you love the Saints, you belong with us. We're already getting special treatment from a local restaurant & bar.

So,
#1, Where ya at?
#2, Whatcha been up to?
#3, Would you mind if a bunch of drunks come over to your house and eat your food? (if yes, dont worry, somebody else will volunteer.)
#4, Can you bring beer?
#5 Do you have any cool Saints stuff to show us?

I'm thinking we need to have a Saints video party, and memorabilia show. I could be talked into providing music, maybe even lighting, and
can help out with the grub.

btw, we're all anywhere from 30-40-50...(old enough to have sense), and one of us is about 90, I think??

Been busy with work, the bro's wedding was better then expected, last song was halftime. Didn't touch our's though, thanks mike. We need to get together before the draft and for some Astros games if they aren't done by the end of may. Thanks for showing us around New Orleans, we had fun. I'll hug Tiff for ya

definitely in the mood for some baseball. We kinda didnt have anything left for baseball last year, since football season lasted till February!!!!! ha!

I hope everyone is feeding the crawfish about now! Although oyster season has been nice & tasty. Who's hungry???

Hey Mike, just checking in on the new thread. We're anxiously waiting for crawfish season to really get going. It's starting to get warmer, so that's always a good sign! In another month or so, we'll need to start talking about another boil! Had a great time last year.

Hey Mike! Been Busy with some work projects and shuffling Kids around to weekend activities. Also having some football withdrawls that i'm going to start watching games I have on DVD from the Superbowl year.

Can't wait for some quality crawfish!!

there is a delay--- this is Houston's year for the Saints/Texans preseason game-- which means a big HOU-DAT tailgate party at Reliant. keeping fingers crossed. Draft Party is On, and check back here often.

I think we need to head over to Ragin Cajun one night & catch up over oysters.
