Saints "LIVE" on NFLN Saturday

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; In the event some of you were unaware, the NFL Network is carrying the Saints/Texans "LIVE" on Saturday. The "HouDats" need to do something to get themselves on TV....

In the event some of you were unaware, the NFL Network is carrying the Saints/Texans "LIVE" on Saturday.

The "HouDats" need to do something to get themselves on TV.

is "LIVE" in quotes for emphasis, or are they delaying the feed or something?

It just means real time as opposed to 'alive'...

I was just making sure it was real-time, I would probably call the NFL.com games "live" instead of live, because they are a play or two behind on average.

If Skymike doesn't do something crazy enough to get on TV I will forever hold it against him.

I said the same thing about Sarah Jessica Parker, but she got her own show...and then they gave her another one after Mr. Ed ended!
