Well probably they would, but you have to factor in the possible FAs that the Saints bring in, and if they would lose both Nicks and Colston - they'd have the money to bring in a big time FA.

It is all about the losses versus the gains in FAs, which determines the possible compensatory picks in the next draft.

If we lose Nicks and Colston I don't know of a player who can take each one of their spots.

Yes, but it will not be about who can replace these guys if they leave, but the overall estimation of whether the Saints lost more talent through FA than they gained.

...I mean when we are talking about possible compensatory picks.
