The Union isn't protecting any person or player or team. The Union is protecting itself from the league. Roger is a rogue dictator who has developed a deserved reputation of going of half-cocked and destroying the evidence in his wake, and the player's union is playing it cautiously. The NFLPA, at this point, is the ONLY entity that can slow down Roger's agenda. More power to it.

The Union is on the side of the players, the fact that we happen to want the same thing is coincidental.

All Saints fans going to games should get those Sean Payton masks and wear them in the dome. Then every time the camera pans the crowd flip em the bird. They'll have to scan the crowd because they would be scared that the Payton would actually be there, lol.

Thank goodness for this union. I not that big of a fan for some of the unions but in cases like this it is absolutely necessary. If you have a fair employer they can be troublesome. But in my mindset they are the only way for a lot of people to get a fair shake. I think they are needed more now than ever for the workers in industries that are know to exploit their workers and everyone if they are working should be paid enough to take care of their families. Why should people have to work for minimum wages when the corporations and exploiters take all the profits.

Yeah, that $525,000 minimum wage is really killing the work-a-day NFL player.
