I thought that you were talking about the Giants and Osi, but I certainly don't think that the Saints should give up a 3rd and Smith for Freeney on his current contract. If Loomis made that trade, I would seriously lose respect for him.

I want a DT a whole lot more than a DE at this point, Osi or Freeney. I'm not high on Smith either but we will see if he is worth this money.

I would also rather see the Saints pick a DT prospect with either their 3rd or 4th pick than make a trade for either of these guys.

I'd rather use the money to get drew secured first, then I'd pass on Freeney anyway.

I just hope that Wolfe is still available when the Saints pick in the 3rd, but I think that he won't, so either they trade up to get him or they settle for someone else like Winn.

Of course, I don't even know if they like Wolfe or how they've graded him, but I've been pushing for the Saints to pick him since January, so I can't really change my opinion now.
