For someone other than that to step up would be a complete shock.

I understand what people see in Morgan, but for me he has to show a lot more in the next few preseason games if he expects to beat out Tanner for the PR WR spot, let alone the active roster. Roby is to much of a proven commodity and playing too well, Morgan is too much of an unknown. Tanner has alao outperformed him. Drops wont do it for Morgan. I'll eat my words if Morgan has a couple good games against the Jags and Texans.
IR would not be bad at all- all of our receivers take time to develop: Devery couldn't catch an STD in the Quarter his first year, and Meachem never even made the active roster.
We have been spoiled by having a productive #5, but I am fine with Sproles, Graham, PT, Colston, Moore and Henderson catching 4-5 more balls each

Re: Nick Toon/Adrian Arrington update

It's still early in preseason to tell. Still lots of time for somebody to shine.

That being said, after two preseason games, I would put them in this order

I think they'll keep 6

Colston
Moore
Henderson
Roby
Morgan
Toon

But Toon has to get on field to secure his spot cause Tanner has looked very good.

What really hurts Tanner is that he's a slot receiver and the Saints already play Moore, Colston and Graham out of the slot.
