Chad Johnson?

With all the drama we've got, just wonder if he's got anything in the tank?

I cannot believe they cut him over head butting his wife. With all the other **** teams let their players get away with this seems ridiculous. I don't know if that was the reason or not, but if it was its a shame. I have always liked the guy. He has never done anything to get in trouble before. He was well respected in the locker room but the media painted a picture of him being a TO like problem because he would clown on them. Yea he was a bit hyper and childish but it was all in fun. I don't see him coming here though as we have enough talent here that can develop into future talent. Who would you cut to bring him in?

I like him but I honestly don't think he could beat anybody out here. Besides he struggled to learn the Patriots offence and to my understanding the Saints O ar no less complicated.

I wouldn't cut wind to bring him in. He is the exact opposite of what a New Orleans Saint is presently, and any man who would put his hands or head on his wife or a woman needs to never get picked up again.

A guy in his mid-30's that averaged a whopping one catch per game last year in a pass happy offense. I'll pass.

New coach sending a message. Throw in his diminished skills as a player and it's simple. No chance he was even discussed by the Saints FO.

Domestic abuse is nothing to take lightly. That shows some serious character issues.

Declining ability coupled with wife beating = easy to cut.

I wouldn't cut our equipment manager for Chad whatever-his-name-is-now
