Like they said, most of Palmers yards have come from playing catch up. Which is what the Raiders are usually doing. Palmer is not a bad QB necessarily, but he's no P Manning or Brees at all. Plus, the Raiders rank 31st in the league in rushing. They are a very unbalanced team.
