There are guys who are ripped with a six pack and veins showing everywhere that are obese according to BMI. BMI is the dumbest thing ever and I hate when people bring it up as a tool to grade ones shape or fitness. I especially hate it when personal trainers or dieticians use it because it makes the sound completely clueless.

BMI is just a rough estimate. It's successful for every-day people although. A hip to waist ratio is far more accurate of obesity.

I think Sproles just has a-beast-ity.

Lets face the BMI is mainly for ordinary slubs like us.

I would like to see how much body fat he has. What do think 3-5%?
