If they are getting an offensive lineman they need to go ahead and pull the trigger. That's not a position group where you can add a new player and have them fit right in. Even a veteran will need a significant amount of reps with the rest of the guys.

Looks like we're gonna have a good rotation among the defensive front four positions...

SDE - Cameron Jordan, Bobby Richardson
DT - Sheldon Rankins, Nick Fairley
NT - Tyeler Davison, John Jenkins and/or David Onyemata
WDE - Kasim Edebali, Obum Gwacham

I could be completely wrong but this could very well be John Jenkins last year down in the Big Easy.

Good Point. But I'm not sure who's got guards as good as what we have that another team is willing, or desperate to part with at this time...

Rumor is Dallas wants too much, plus he's there swingman on the OL...

With that kind of leverage, we'd have to overpay, unless Romo is injured...

There're other guards, and don't have the injury risk of Ronald Leary...

Good Insight Into Cowboys' Position

If it were me, I'd consider moving a CB or FS (Byrd, re-worked contract or naught) and get with the Rams for Rodger Saffold, who plays four positions...
