We should absolutely curb international free trade. As a practicing economist, I study stupid, as in stupid policies that impede progress and growth. I am convinced after years of active examination that free trade harms the most vulnerable of us - the incompetent. If we truly live in a society that prizes social justice and fairness, it is appalling that we consistently and relentlessly create policies and forge international agreements that harm those who are unwilling to be economically relevant. We must change course and elect leaders who will thwart efforts to improve the entirety of our society through trade and development in favor of preserving the outmoded and obsolete. America should be the ideal environment to keep progress, in the form of filthy new technologies and immoral lower cost/higher quality products, out so that we can keep safe jobs no employer wants.
America has never been less prosperous. Our standard of living never lower. Our access to the variety of high quality, low price goods and services that freely breach our borders undermines our national security and our moral high ground. We need to remove ourselves from those terrible agreements that force us to buy products that we aren't good at making and allow those feriners to buy great American made goods. Who needs exports? Not a true American. What's made in America should stay in America. We shouldn't even have the Port of New Orleans, just Port o Call.
Join with me in rejecting those policies that promote free trade. Elect new leadership that will defy the 100% of economists who think international free trade is the only policy a sane government should pursue.
Vote for stupid. I'm counting on you.

See this is a key issue that has Washington as a whole all upset. The list goes on and on. Washington is out to not stop the trump train as much as protecting their gravy train.
