I mean, come on, this isn't an "ongoing investigation." The man was convicted of 12 counts of aggravated rape of a minor by a jury of his peers. He's not innocent. Therefore the NCAA can take action ANY TIME IT WANTS TO. Sounds like the NCAA can't protect the rights and safety of students, or anyone for that matter. They are irrelevant. |
