funny, you put beef tongue on that list, Michael. Im hispanic, and among my brothas, beef tongue is just as normal as chicken wings. Of course we also eat guts
and cow stomach lining soup, so what do we know?

No doubt about it, cuisine is a regional/cultural taste. When I moved from Baton Rouge to Montana, people there couldn't believe we would really eat crawfish. Of course I couldn't believe they are rocky mt oysters either!

moccasin kinda has a baby back rib flavor to it. jus put summa dat Zatarans creole mustaud on it. mmmm mmmmmmmm dats good eatin cher!

yall have to be kiddin me, its good eaten guys. the best of all gar dishs i've had is a gar roast stuffed with crawfish ettoufee. its cooked on a bbq pit over low coals with a hint of mequite wood smoke, honestly the best gar i've ever had. no joke.
