Re: Oklahoma school bans Michigan gear?
I would too!!!
But seriously this has happened before. Schools around here approved an ALABAMA/AUBURN appreciation day for the Iron bowl. That means you can dress out of uniform if you wear ALABAMA gear or AUBURN gear. So if you sport some LSU crap on the day the school states you can wear either ALABAMA or AUBURN gear, your ass should be told to remove said crap, because you're a stupid moron. |

Danno, I would only kick my sons ass if he sported the following jerseys. 1. Atlanta 2. Alabama 3. Auburn.. Other than those three. he can wear whatever he wants. Well lets throw in Dallas, and the 49ners too.

If the rules said white shirt, blue pants, would you be OK letting him wear a yellow shirt and purple pants? |

The school board made the final decision and recommended to send the kid home. That's the rules, if you don't want to wear Black & Gold or Saints stuff you can't substitute, you have to wear your regular clothes or uniform. |

Re: Oklahoma school bans Michigan gear?
well if the rules say he has to wear white shirt, blue pants. Then why is he wearing a red shirt, or an orange pants? Because it's a free day right? So why not throw in some color Purple and Gold

Well, if it's a school dress code, it's a school dress code, but why is this going on at the kindegarten level? I can see it at the middle school/high school level, but do they have 5 yr old gang-bangers in Oklahoma?
<sigh> ... another martyr for the cause ... hang in there, little bro, we shall overcome ... <sigh> ... the Maize & Blue. |

We sweat such small things and turn a blind eye to the bigger things.
