And now the back story...
After using all her paid time off and sick days, and coming in later 3 of 5 days a week, mom pushed out of her job after requesting more time off....
Sorry guys, the way people lie to my face in business nowadays, I can hardly believe anything anymore.

yeah, that's certainly a different version ... she abused the system a little bit.
