It was great. With a digital smoker (cheap one, $150) you throw it on at 9pm at 190, let it smoke until 10am, take it off and pour some beef broth in a foil boat with some squeez parkay across the top, wrap it and put it in the oven at 350f for 30 minutes to break it all down and your done. Let it rest for 20 mins, slice and serve.

Also if you take some Smoked sausage and throw it in the smoker for 45 minutes with the Brisket it will crisp the skin and add a little smoked flavor.

Said brisket is gone and i will not know about attending MB until the last minute due to my mother n laws health. She lives with us and has had two strokes in the last year.
