Now everyone will HAVE to have it which is why it get a whole lot more expensive, that and kids stay on their parents plans until 26 I believe. Typically if a parent has bulk insurance with say State Farm its home/health/auto and is greatly discounted due to the multi policy nature. Normally a 24 year old wouldn't be so deeply discounted. The problem i have is that the whole lack if insurance has been painted as a lack of health care. Its not, uninsured people could always go to a University Medical Center, or Charity Hospital for health care when needed. And i am sure you agree Slomo, I do not want to hear crap about the quality of Charity Hospitals when veterans are stuck with VA Hospitals which are far worse. Remember how this was sold to America? "The Affordable Healthcare Act"? It has become affordable for the 10% that will not pay for it and unafordable for the other 90% of America. |
