Ms. Kirschoff states "As a Christian I often write about Christians under attack by groups such as FFRF (Freedom From Religion Foundation)and/or American Atheists. I have a particular interest in the so-called "Separation of Church and State.""

Then goes on to write "“No! I do not know Flo’s last name!! You should know who Flo is! She’s on every friggin’ channel, every day, at all times of the day and night. They even have Flo Insurance Lady Halloween Costumes, for God’s sake! How do you not know who I’m f****** talking about??!! I want to talk to her now! Put her on this damn phone now or I’m canceling my f****** policy altogether!!”"

Ahh. Such eloquent Christian prose.

She's calling into a call center. I can't believe my fellow Americans waste so much energy getting ticked off with a poor call center agent.

If you call a national branded service like Progressive and you don't like the service you're getting, SIMPLY HANG UP THE PHONE! When you call back, I can guarantee you that you WILL NOT get the same rep. Call back and if the next rep mentions you got cut off, make it sound like they hung up on you! No way will the new rep be able to listen to a tape recording or evaluate what is going on.
