this is a discussion within the Fantasy Football Community Forum; This is the same question that I am asking about in the Darren Sproles thread that I started. Wondering what the Who Dat Nation's thoughts are on starting Lance Moore on my fantasy team because Graham is not 100% healthy ...

Lance Moore
This is the same question that I am asking about in the Darren Sproles thread that I started.
Wondering what the Who Dat Nation's thoughts are on starting Lance Moore on my fantasy team because Graham is not 100% healthy and Brees may have to spread around the targets more than he already does...thus allowing Moore more opportunities/targets. My other choices @ WR are Julian Edelman from NE against a good all around Steelers D and James Jones from GB who is questionable for the Pack against Da Bearse. At least Lance is healthy now! I would like to hear from my fellow Saints/FF Fans to see what your thoughts or impressions concerning my question might be. Geaux Saints!!! |

Re: Lance Moore
Sorry, I might have given you the impression that Jimmy Graham is on my fantasy roster. Unfortunately that is not the case. I was just referencing Jimmy Graham as he pertains to the Saints offensive approach when he is healthy and when he is not 100%.
For my Fantasy team I am trying to decide whether to play Lance Moore at WR and Darren Sproles @ RB. Why Edelman over Lance Moore? Just curious to know your reasoning by going with Edelman over Lance. Thanks for the reply, homerj07! |

Re: Lance Moore
You have the same exact players as I do. I just picked up Moore. Jones is a game time decision so i'm leaning towards Moore only cuz Colston is questionable and will likely not be 100%. Actually, he hasn't been 100% all year. Eddelman sux now cuz Gronk and Amendola are back. I'm rolling the dice on Moore.

Re: Lance Moore
Since Justin Blackmon got suspended I rolled the dice with Stills, I don't know what to do this week but ill give him a shot since we're going against the cowboy's porous pass defense, hoping for a big game!

Re: Lance Moore
All receivers not named Graham and Colston (when healthier) are a crap shoot week to week...
Next season look for Stills to take over opposite Colston; and though Moore, will be starting less, I expect his opportunities and numbers to increase in the slot and because the defense will be more focused on Stills and concerns for his speed... |
