RE: Draft Information!
Glad you took the time out to make it... always a good read. It just takes to much time. I'll probably make one, but probably during or after the individual workouts.
I see you have Calhoun rated pretty high on your boards... he's not bad, but I don't think he's first round material. Also having him going to the Steelers is a bit odd. Though the Bus is going to retire, Calhoun isn't the same type of back as Bettis. I also don't feel GreenBay has a need for a back. I highly doubt they'll let Green walk and they still have both Davenport along with Gado. I think they have a more pressing need on defense. I like Hagan a lot, but it seems as if his stock is falling. During the Senior Bowl week, it's been said he's been very inconsistent and dropped a lot of balls. With that said, it shouldn't discredit what he's done at ASU the past couple of seasons. The Bills pick will be interesting... will they go with another WR? It seems as if that's all that they've been picking. Reed, Evans, Parish... Hagan? If Moulds remains there, I think they should go with a TE. With Stroud and Henderson both signed long term there in Jax, I find the Wright pick pretty interesting also. I think Watson has leap frogged Wright as far as being the second best DT in the draft. I haven't seen enough of Harris to make an objective opinion on him... so I'll wait. LOL I didn't mean to pick apart your draft since I haven't even made one! I definately not trying to knock you Chermy! I love reading people's mocks and picking it apart... I just like to see people's reason behind things. Which means, keep it coming! :P |
