Janikowski has been so good for a long time. I would have no problem if he broke Dempseys record.

That record is a bit of an enigma. First, Dempsey played for us, what 2 seasons? Not exactly what you would call an all-time Saint great
Second, we were terrible those years. A VERY small bright spot from dark times. Third, we have had a ton of success since then. We are no longer defined by a journeyman kicker's FG or Danny Abramowicz running into a sideline camera |

Saints still did it first, and the 60+ FG will always be associated with the New Orleans Saints!!

I was happy about Suh blocking that FG for entirely different reasons.
Go Lions! We may be playing each other rnd 1 of the playoffs, so here I am Saints fans, ready to make noise on your boards for my team. As for the Saints, good luck these last two weeks guys, team is looking great this year. |
