this is a discussion within the NFL Community Forum; Houston and Baltimore. I think Houston will pull off the upset. Just a hunch and rooting for my birthplace....

I got put on the spot before the weekend with the Houston/Baltimore game and had to make a quick pick. Haven't really followed either team, know Houston was having a great season with a third string QB, Baltimore has Ray Lewis, Ray Rice and is coached by John Harbaugh, brother of Jim.
I went with Baltimore. Ditto on the 49'ers losing next week. |

I see Baltimore beating Houston, especially in Baltimore with game-time temperatures in the 30's

Seems the 2012 Playoff trend has been all teams win at home.
I do not, DO NOT, believe in that home win media nonsense. Yes, it is nice to play at your home afar as you know the stadium. Your fans are there. No traveling time. A pro team has to win anywhere, anytime. |

Ravens will not get a cakewalk with Texans.
These Texans are playing good ball on both sides. Even if the Texans do not win, still, the Ravens have had to work this game. Texans , being the underdog, win or lose, will still be a winner here to Texans fans and the Houston area. |

Well, it came right down to the last play of the game ... had the Houston receiver been turned a little more to his left, the hail mary would have hit him right in the numbers instead of the shoulder ... that Yates kid did a heckuva job for Houston ... third string, fifth round draft pick, he really stepped up ... just goes to show you sometimes ... Tom Brady was a 6th round draft pick, it'll be interesting to see where this goes.
