Colts Fire Jim Caldwell

"The Indianapolis Colts have released Jim Caldwell of his duties as head coach of the Indianapolis Colts."

Owner Jim Irsay and new GM Ryan Grigson will conduct a press conference at 4 p.m. ET.

Caldwell's dismissal is the latest turn in a tumultuous month that began with the firing of longtime vice chairman Bill Polian and his son, GM Chris Polian. Grigson was hired last week.

WOW the focus of your team goes down, and you get fired, Jim Caldwell did forget how to coach ? Maybe just maybe he didn't have the talent.
