DUI rules different in each state. PLUS he has not been found guilty of ANYTHING at this point.

This is why he is going to rehab right now before a trial. That way maybe the justice system & Goodell will go light on him (them)

And they are very easy to look up.

Second DUI Offense (Within 10 years)

*Jail: 90 days to 1 year;
*Fine: $390.00 to $1,000.00, with possible penalty assessments;
*License Suspension: Up to 2 years;
*Treatment Program: 18 months or 30 months in alcohol or drug treatment program;
Multiple DUI Offense

The huge problem with Smiths second offense... He hit another car... its not just him and the cop.. and i hope the car he hit belings to a Seahawks or Saints fan.
