Hopefully he's still out when they roll into town. That team has issues and I wouldn't mind seeing Seattle make them their ***** for the next few years.

He was just drunk and had dope on him 3 days ago... This is his second DWI in less than 2 years.

He was TOLD to go get help, and i believe a second DWI in two years usually warrants a little prison time.

" Smith played in Sunday’s game two days after an early-morning arrest Friday in San Jose, on suspicion of driving under the influence and marijuana possession. Smith crashed his car into another vehicle, and his blood-alcohol level was measured at 0.15, twice the legal limit.

It was Smith’s second DUI arrest, the first coming in Miami in January 2012. That he was able to play despite the arrest didn't sit well in some camps. "

DUI rules different in each state. PLUS he has not been found guilty of ANYTHING at this point.

This is why he is going to rehab right now before a trial. That way maybe the justice system & Goodell will go light on him (them)

And they are very easy to look up.

The huge problem with Smiths second offense... He hit another car... its not just him and the cop.. and i hope the car he hit belings to a Seahawks or Saints fan.
