Freeman is everything you do not want in a QB.
Leadership ~ No Consistent ~ No Accurate ~ No Reliable ~ No He is emotionally and mentally unstable, the cause for the Stage one participation in the Leagues drug program. He is the Garrett Hartley of QBs. |

New Orleans, New England, New York (football) Giants, San Francisco ... all seem like good places for Freeman to land in order to get the attention he needs, but I think the kid needs to learn to better deal with the ups/downs of an NFL career before he can contribute to a team. Now that I think about it, I actually think Harbaugh (SFran) would do him some good ... Jimmy H. is a known a-hole that would give Freeman all the 'tough-love' he needed to get his head back in the game. Just my opinion. |

Careers that have weekly ups and downs combined with personalities that have their own exaggerated ups and downs do not make for anything resembling stability.
What I do not get are people like Freeman and Hartley taking the Aderal illegally when they can get it legally from a Dr. Unless they do not have ADHD. Then it's a PED. |

God damn I love having Sean Payton back, dude is the epitome of class and leadership. Notice how well we dealt with the bull sh*t from last year? Payton took the suspension on the chin and didn't try to create a bigger circus. Even when that bullsh*t came up about SP leaving for Dallas, he kept it mum.

Re: Bucs release Josh Freeman
There was no way anybody was going to trade for him because every team in the league already knew, if the Bucs didn't trade him then Tampa was going to cut him loose, why give up anything when you can get it for cheaper just by waiting.
He'll get a gig somewhere. I really hope he gets picked up by someone on their schedule later this year, so that Tampa Bay will end up paying Freeman $6 million to play against them, like that guy from the Yankees in the movie Moneyball. That would be the ultimate in absurdity. |
