I saw that before, I found this part funny...

The Atlanta Braves won a World Series in 1995, the year after the strike. Evidently, nobody cared about baseball in 1995, according to some, but it doesn't matter. They beat the Cleveland Indians, the only city more cursed than Atlanta. Therefore, the World Series doesn't count. SO, since 1966, double no championships.

First, who ever cares about baseball, but second, why doesn't winning all the playoff series and the big game not winning? Just to have a story to tell?

Strike seasons do cookie things in any sport.

look at the Strike seasons from the 1980s, their seems to be always 1 team that takes advantage of it, in the 80s it was the Redskins. in 95 it was the Braves.
