Texans are releasing Ed Reed today.

After 27-24 loss to Arizona, Ed Reed said the Texans were "outplayed" and "outcoached." On Monday, he said, "I spoke the truth."

On Tuesday he is released. OUCH.

Bring him here as a coach maybe, don't need him as a player. He is not the all-pro ball hawk that he used to be.
