If she goes to his hotel room willingly, if the idea of any type of sexual interaction is expected or implied, or if drugs and alcohol are involved, I hear what you are saying. But if the girl changes her mind, sobers up before, or any other avenue to reach the decision of NO, then it is NO. There is no gray area in this arguement. If he is drugging these girls without there knowledge and engaging in activities against their will, then he is breaking the law.

Pleading guilty. Up to 8 years on the plea from what I read but not sure for all charges or just one state.

Probably means both the defense and prosecution were little worried and not sure. 8 years, man that sucks to go to jail for that long, but dude is lucky, plus he already served over 1.

That's not long at all, David Luster got 48 years for pretty much the same thing. If he gets 8 years or less he should be jumping for joy. When he gets out he could still live a decent life. Not sure what he can do when he gets out but it won't be a janitor in an all girl school that's for sure.
