Re: Winston to Bucs?

I find it very hard to believe the Bus ownership is going to sign off on it. Sucks for us if he drops but I do believe that is what will happen. He is not a leader and they desperately need one right now. I could see him dropping to round 2 to be honest.

"Is this guy really going to be the first pick of the draft? You’d be drafting a quarterback that can’t run, has off-field problems, has no power in his legs and makes bad decisions on the field. Somebody’s going to make a horrible mistake,” another personnel man said
I don't think he'll be as big a bust as JaBustus, but I do think he'll be a bust.

Everybody praises his leadership.

On the field? Yes.

Off the field? Hell no.

In todays NFL off the field leadership is just as important as poise and leadership on the field.

When he becomes a pro, I think his off the field antics will effect his leadership abilities on the field.

He's a dumb ass punk. We rarely see dumb ass punks succeed at QB.

His antics come across more as immature then punk, and we both know he's far from dumb. The guy is pretty much a football savant when it comes to the X's and O's and he has the physical tools to match. I think we'll rue the day he got drafted into our division. I could see why you'd think he'd be a bust though. I see him being like Big Ben with more accuracy on the field.

If someone is not willing to defend themselves on principle then exactly what are they going to stand up for in life? Are they going to be the leader in life? Maybe, but would they be respected. Highly unlikely.
I hate to say this, but I am currently in a custody battle for my son and I have spent near 5k and we aren't even at trial yet. I hear ya, but sometimes it comes down to dollars and cents, plain and simple. My case is different because I am fighting for to have an active roll in my son's life, but for something like that, I'd take the lesser of the two checks
