Off the field? Hell no.

In todays NFL off the field leadership is just as important as poise and leadership on the field.

When he becomes a pro, I think his off the field antics will effect his leadership abilities on the field.

His antics come across more as immature then punk, and we both know he's far from dumb. The guy is pretty much a football savant when it comes to the X's and O's and he has the physical tools to match. I think we'll rue the day he got drafted into our division. I could see why you'd think he'd be a bust though. I see him being like Big Ben with more accuracy on the field.

Who's "everybody"? Other than his athleticism, being the de-facto leader at QB and throwing more interceptions than usual, I haven't seen/heard anyone talk about him in a real leadership sense, #shrug. After you get past his athletic talent, there isn't much there, IMO ... surrounded by a bunch of camp followers who are prepping him for a big initial payday if you ask me, and who will undoubtedly jump ship when that pony quits paying.
