From what I remember Martin went to his entire org before coming out about it. THEY FAILED! I don't care what place of employment it is, no one should have to feel that way going to work or have someone saying that to them.

Was Martin the only black guy on the team? Was he the only rookie on the team? Do you think that Martin was the only one he talked to that way? I didn't defend incognito, I called him what he is. An immature frat boy. All that garbage he said is pure rhetoric, it can't be taken as serious threats. It's just a stupid guy acting stupid. But be a man and stand up to him.
