He was found not guilty because the victim didn't show up for court after reaching a civil settlement. Not by a jury.

Roger should look into this and so should the DA to see if her not showing up to court was part of the civil settlement. Which, I think, would be witness tampering. The whole thing stinks. But, apparently, they can't smell it in Dallas.

To be fair to Jerry Jones, when one's head is up one's butt that deep, one can only smell one thing, so one can't distinguish other smells.
