How are they going to get around the Rooney Rule?

I agree. I'm not seeing the draw with Gruden. Kind of expected Oakland to go after a hot offensive coordinator (see Sean McVay).

Will be interesting watching him get picked apart on MNF like he picked apart others

Gifting partial ownership could lead to conflicts of interest and turn out to be a huge mistake. The league shouldn't allow it to begin with, but who knows with Goodell's schizophrenic approach.
