Re: Former Teammate of Antonio Brown warns about paying WR BigMo
I saw this coming when Big Ben threw Brown under the bus the same way the offensive line did to Leveon Bell.

He can ask but good luck with that. $21 million dead cap if they trade him. |

It's not a demand but he has asked
That's different! As long as he said "Please"! |

Re: Former Teammate of Antonio Brown warns about paying WR BigMo
If we actually had the cap room to pay him what he wants and the trade pieces to make the Steelers to actually want to give him to us... I'd be all over this.
There is something about the way the Steelers are doing things that doesn't feel right. When you had players on the team come out publicly and criticize Le'Veon Bell for asking for more money and sitting out... that just didn't sit well with me. And now this stuff coming from Brown. There really does seem to be a culture on the Steelers that doesn't really respect anyone's contribution. |

Re: Former Teammate of Antonio Brown warns about paying WR BigMo
Nah I wouldn't touch him with a 10 foot pole, and I'm a fan of the guy. He's the dictionary definition of a primadonna though. You wanna talk about distractions and possible locker room cancer? That's him all over. Not worth the drama he'd bring honestly, especially not at this point. He's entering the decline portion of his career.
Also, on the Bell subject, I don't blame his teammates for calling him out. What he did was selfish and greedy, there is no getting around that. Disagree if you like, but you're wrong. I lost all respect for the guy for pulling that stunt. You don't get to make multiple million dollars per year and cry about not getting more. Especially when all you do is play a ****ing game. What's worse is that he set a precedent that other *******s will follow. **** him, I hope he never find success in the league again. |

He’d eat up too much cap. I’m good. He’s one of the best I’ve ever seen though. He’s Jerry Rice good.
