It's really sad. Seems like a loophole. If a player stabs his team in the back and demands his release in order to become a free agent, there should be a cooldown period to return to the league, or at least any team that signs him has to take the same salary cap hit the Raiders would have took. Why should the Pats get Brown at roughly half price? It's low-key collusion. |
